Information Security Policy

In the travel and e-commerce businesses operated by WORLD COMPASS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), we recognize that our commitment to information security is essential due to the profound social responsibility involved in handling various types of information. We strive to protect the information assets held by the Company from all threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental, and to maintain their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. To express the firm commitment of our management, we have established this policy and will ensure its reliable implementation.

1. Information Security Initiatives

The Company will establish an Information Security Committee to strive for the maintenance and improvement of information security, as well as to build and operate an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We will strictly comply with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements related to information security in accordance with social norms and internal regulations.

3. Implementation of Education and Training

We will continuously provide necessary information security education and training to all employees in accordance with their duties.

4. Response to Incidents

We will proactively prevent information security incidents. In the event an incident occurs, we will respond appropriately and implement measures to prevent a recurrence.

5. Evaluation and Review

We will regularly review and evaluate the implementation status and effectiveness of our information security activities to strive for continuous improvement.
