Royal Brunei Airlines is the flag carrier of Brunei Darussalam, a country rich in natural resources such as oil and gas. The government of Brunei wholly owns royal Brunei and they operate 4 flights a week from Tokyo Narita to Bandar Seri Begawan on Airbus 320-NEO, from 15 March, 2019. Their flights to/from Brunei are also ideal for connecting to Kota Kinabalu, Singapore, Bangkok, Melbourne, and more.

VietjetAir is a new age airline with a wide network throughout Vietnam and Asia. VietjetAir operates 5 direct routes between Japan and Vietnam: Osaka – Hanoi, Osaka – Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo Narita – Hanoi, Tokyo Narita – Ho Chi Minh City, and Tokyo Haneda – Da Nang. Their flights to/from Vietnam are convenient and useful for connecting to Siem Reap [Cambodia], and Yangon [Myanmar].
